  • Our services start from the date on which you signup with us and the payment is realized.
  • In case your primary issue was not fixed by our technician and you are not satisfied with the services, please contact us within 10 days of purchase and you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.This policy is valid only for one-time fix plan.
  • For Yearly support plans, in case you are not satisfied with the services then also you can call us within 30 days and you will be entitled to a partial refund after deducting a minimum technician fee of $99.99 usd.
  • Post 30 days of purchase, if you still remain unsatisfied with the software or our services, please call us to discuss the matter and we look forward to assist in either resolving the issue or processing a refund according to the issues that were not fixed.
  • All fees are inclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities of US/Canada, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
